Use GoodSearch to benefit NYNJTC

There is a very easy way to raise money for the Trail Conference every day.  All you have to do is use the website www.goodsearch.com, a search engine powered by Yahoo! 

When you search through GoodSearch the Trail Conference will earn $0.01 with each click!   While one penny doesn’t seem like a lot, if fifteen people were to do only 2 searches per day using GoodSearch (and most of us do more than that), we could earn over $100/year just by doing something each of us need to do anyway!  The best part is that it doesn’t cost the Trail Conference a thing!  The money comes from advertisers.  You’ll get the same great search results that Yahoo provides, so you won’t loose out there either.  Here’s two ways to do it:

• DOWNLOAD THE SEARCH TOOLBAR:

From this website (http://www.goodsearch.com/toolbars.aspx) and you can search off the toolbar anytime.

• MAKE GOOD SEARCH YOUR HOME PAGE:
  1. Select Tools | Internet Options.
  2. Select the General tab.
  3. In the Address textbox, type http://www.goodsearch.com.
  4. Click OK.

For both options, you have to choose the New York-New Jersey Trail Conference as the “Cause you search for” otherwise we don’t get the money, so be sure to choose us!

The best way for the Trail Conference to get the most out of this is to spread the word—the more people that use it, the more we earn!  Here are three ideas on how to let others know about it:
